Questions about the offer
What exactly is free?
We design and build your website at no charge (usually $499.00) when you order a yearly hosting plan. We'll agree the pages and content with you before we start.
What does hosting cost?
Your yearly hosting plan is charged at its regular price (Starter is $7.50 CAD/month, billed yearly at $89.99), plus tax, and renews yearly until you cancel. Your domain name is a separate, ongoing cost, billed yearly. You'll see every price in your cart before you pay.
Can I get it with a monthly plan?
No. The free website build comes with a yearly (or longer) hosting plan. If your cart has a monthly plan, you can switch it to yearly there in one click.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Renewal Center in your account. Your hosting stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed.
Who can get this offer?
Anyone, new or existing customer. It's one free website build per account, with a yearly hosting plan in the same order.
I already have a website or a domain. Can I still use this?
Yes. We can use the domain you already own, and we can move your existing site over for free if you'd rather keep it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your site and how quickly we get your content. We'll give you a timeline when we talk.
Offer terms
One per account, for new and existing customers. Code FREESITE adds a free website build to an order that includes a new hosting plan on a yearly (or longer) term. It doesn’t apply to monthly plans or to an order without a new yearly plan (for example, a renewal on its own). Hosting is charged at the plan’s regular price plus applicable tax and renews until you cancel. Domain registration is a separate, ongoing cost. Website design and build are provided at no charge; we’ll agree the scope with you before work starts. The website build has no charge, so there is nothing to refund for it. See our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
