Hosting, email, and marketing plans
New hosting, business email, and email-marketing subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund of that plan's fee. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are generally non-refundable once completed, because registries charge us immediately and the registration is yours for the term. Please double-check the domain name before purchase.
Add-ons and overages
One-time add-ons and usage-based charges (for example extra storage or email overages) are non-refundable once provisioned or incurred.
How to request a refund
Email support@orvoro.comfrom your account email with your account details and the charge you'd like reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
