This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Orvoro's services. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own conduct and for that of your users and anyone using your services.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to engage in or facilitate:
- illegal activity of any kind;
- malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, botnets, or command-and-control;
- unauthorized scanning, penetration, or denial-of-service activity;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, or sending in violation of CASL or CAN-SPAM;
- fraud, impersonation, or deceptive sender identity;
- infringement of intellectual-property rights;
- child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- threats, unlawful harassment, or support for terrorism;
- cryptocurrency mining, sustained non-interactive compute, or storage-only abuse;
- large-scale scraping or circumvention of resource limits.
2. Email and marketing
Marketing messages sent through the Services must comply with applicable anti-spam law, including valid consent or a lawful exception, accurate sender identification, a physical postal address, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend a single website, mailbox, campaign, or domain function, multiple services, or the entire account. Immediate action is permitted for urgent security, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, or illegal-content matters; less urgent issues may receive a reasonable opportunity to cure.
4. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting abuse@orvoro.com.
