Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Orvoro Marketing Inc. (“Orvoro”). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

The services

Orvoro provides web hosting, domain registration, business email, and email-marketing tools. Specific plan limits (storage, bandwidth, mailboxes, sending caps) are shown on the relevant service pages and apply to your subscription.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity and content under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to send spam in violation of CASL or other anti-spam laws, or to compromise the security or performance of our systems or other customers.

Billing and renewals

Fees are charged in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Domain registrations are subject to registry rules and are generally non-refundable once registered. See our Refund Policy.

Uptime

We target 99.9% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens our platform or other customers. You may cancel at any time from your account.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the services means you accept the revised Terms.
