These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orvoro's web hosting, domain registration, business email, and email-marketing services (the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to open an account or make a purchase. Business accounts must be opened by a person authorized to bind the organization.
2. The Services
We provide the Services on the plans and at the limits described at the point of sale. Plan features, storage, sending limits, and other material limits are disclosed before purchase and may change on notice. We target 99.9% uptime; this is a target, not a guarantee, and does not create a warranty.
3. Fees, renewals, and cancellation
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, the initial term, and whether a plan renews automatically are shown before you are charged. Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal term and the scheduled renewal-processing date are disclosed, and you may disable auto-renewal before the renewal is processed. We send renewal notices for annual and multi-year terms approximately 30 days before charging. You may cancel online at any time; cancellation stops future charges while the Service continues until the end of the paid term. Cancellation is distinct from deletion of your data.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a Service, or the account, for violations, with immediate action permitted for urgent security, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, or illegal-content matters.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, except where the registry, registrar, or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Your content and accounts
You are responsible for your content, your users, and keeping your account credentials secure. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, back up, and support your content.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. We may update these Terms; material changes are published with a new version and effective date, and where required we will seek fresh acceptance.
