This Domain Registration Agreement applies when you register, renew, or transfer a domain name through Orvoro. Orvoro is a domain reseller; domains are registered through our upstream registrar (Openprovider, or OpenSRS/Tucows), and your registration is also subject to the sponsoring registrar's agreement, the registry's rules, and ICANN requirements. Orvoro is not an ICANN-accredited registrar.
1. You are the registrant
You are the legal registrant of the domain and must provide and maintain accurate, complete registrant contact information. Inaccurate information, or failure to respond to a registrar or registry verification request, may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.
2. Registration is not guaranteed until confirmed
A domain is not registered until the registry confirms it. If registration fails before it succeeds, the registration charge is refunded. Correctly registered domains — including misspelled ones — are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, except where the registry, registrar, or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Pricing, renewal, and auto-renewal
Initial and renewal prices may differ. Where you elect auto-renewal, we attempt renewal before expiry and notify you approximately 30 days in advance for annual and multi-year terms. You may disable auto-renewal before the renewal is processed.
4. Privacy, transfers, and disputes
Domain privacy, where offered for a TLD, is provided through the registrar's privacy or proxy service; you remain the underlying registrant, and accurate underlying information is still collected. Eligible domains may be transferred using an authorization (EPP) code, subject to applicable locks and dispute rules. Registrant information may be disclosed where required by the registry, registrar, a dispute process, or law.
