Open webmail
- Go to Email → [your domain].
- Click Open Webmail and sign in with the mailbox address and password.
Connect a mail app
Use the IMAP/SMTP settings shown on the domain page in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, or your phone.
Enable mailbox backups
- On the domain's email page, find the mailbox backups add-on.
- Enable it to keep daily backups of your mailboxes, so mail can be recovered if it's deleted.
Troubleshooting
- Can't sign in to webmail — reset the mailbox password from the mailbox settings.
- App won't connect — use the exact IMAP/SMTP host, ports, and SSL settings from the domain page.
